This initially consists of the preparation of a preliminary risk assessment or phase 1 desk study and an appraisal of all the available relevant background information to identify potentially significant risks from contamination.
If potential risks are identified, then we undertake site investigation to assess the risks identified. We validate remediation works to ensure land is suitable for its proposed end use.
